evenergia.com is EVenergia’s corporate site. It sets out what we do (install, operate and maintain charge points for electric vehicles), describes the sectors we work for and publishes reference material on public incentives, low-emission zones and the certification of charging installations.

It is not a shop: nothing is sold or contracted here. The only form on the site is for requesting a technical survey, and sending it creates no obligation for either party.

Browsing the site makes you a user and means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the alternative is not to use it.

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own use, and quote it stating the source and linking to the original page.

You may not use it for anything unlawful, nor attempt to access parts of the system that are not public, nor introduce code that alters how it works, nor extract the content in bulk to reuse it on your own account.

If the use you make of the site causes damage, you answer for it.

This site links to official gazettes, government portals and council websites so that you can check for yourself every regulatory figure we publish. We also link to cargea.com, the app for drivers for which EVenergia is responsible and which has its own terms and its own privacy policy.

Whoever publishes what is on the other side of a link answers for it, not us: not for its content, not for its availability and not for what they do with your data once you leave here. We check the links when we review each page, and that review carries a visible date, but a link can stop working between two reviews.

You may link to this site without asking us, as long as the link leads to the page as it is and does not suggest that EVenergia endorses or sponsors the site linking from.

The texts, photographs, design, code and brand of this site belong to its owner or are used under licence from their authors. Content being accessible does not make it free: reading and quoting it, yes; reproducing or reusing it for commercial purposes, no, unless authorised in writing.

The legal texts we quote (regulations, royal decrees, by-laws) are in the public domain and are not ours. What is ours is how we explain them.

If you believe something published here infringes a right of yours, write to us and we will look at it.

We work to keep the site available at all times and to keep what it says accurate, but we cannot undertake that it will never be interrupted or that it will contain no errors. When we find one, we correct it and move the page’s review date.

We are not liable for damage arising from a use of the site other than the intended one, nor for damage arising from failures outside our control (your connection, your equipment or the third-party services we link to).

We may amend this notice when the law changes, when the site changes or when our details change. The version that applies is always the one published here, and above you have the date of the last review: 23 September 2026.

We do not announce each change one by one, so if this notice matters to you, the date above is what to look at.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

The courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law assigns jurisdiction to the user’s place of residence, in which case that jurisdiction prevails.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the right to go to the courts of your place of residence, nor of the rights consumer protection law gives you.
