We install, operate and maintain your electric car chargers

The installation is day one. What decides whether your infrastructure works is the days after it. We take care of both.

Average network availability

Charger installation in communal car parks, businesses and on-street

Each type of network has a different problem. A residents’ association needs to share power between bays without upgrading the supply. A service station needs its rapid charging available 100 % of the time. We do not apply the same solution to both.

Charger maintenance: our work starts once the charger already works

A charge point installed and then left alone stops working. The connection drops, the electricity tariff changes, a user forces the connector, the firmware falls behind. If nobody is watching, the problem is discovered by the customer who cannot charge.

That is why we monitor every point we install. If a charger stops responding, we know before you do and we act without waiting for your call.

  • Monitoring

The status of every point in real time, with automatic alerts on failure or degradation.

  • Response

4 hours response time and 24 hours to resolution.

  • Continuity

A single technical contact for your whole network, with no suppliers to coordinate.

Charge point management software over OCPP

Manage the whole infrastructure from a single panel, whoever made the chargers: standard OCPP communication, with no tie to one hardware vendor.

Dynamic load balancing

Shares the available power between all active points and avoids supply upgrades that are not needed.

Automated billing and payments

Tariffs by user, time band or access type, with automatic settlement.

Multi-vendor management

Chargers from different manufacturers on the same network and in the same panel.

Public and semi-public networks

Access control, reporting and roaming with other operators.

Grants and incentives for installing charge points

Plan MOVES III closed to new applications on 31 December 2025, and the Auto+ Programme that replaces it only covers buying the vehicle, not the installation. What is still in force for installing is the 15 % personal income tax deduction, accelerated depreciation if you are a company, and whatever your local council reduces. We tell you which one applies to you and we leave the paperwork ready.

Spain, Europe and Latin America

We operate from Barcelona with coverage across the whole of Spain, southern Europe and Latin America. We manage networks spread over several countries from a single platform, with one contract and one technical contact.

How we install a charge point, step by step

  1. Remote technical survey at no cost

You send us a few photos of the electrical panel, the meter and the area where the charger will go, and we prepare the quote. At no cost and with no commitment. Only if the project calls for it do we confirm it with an on-site survey.

  2. Design and permits

Sizing, technical report, certification before the regional authority and dealings with the distribution network operator.

  3. Installation and commissioning

Build, testing and registration on the platform. We hand over the network working and documented.

  4. Operation and maintenance

Continuous monitoring, incident resolution and network growth as your demand grows.

Frequently asked questions about charger installation

How much does it cost to install an electric car charger?

It depends on three things: the power available in the supply, the distance between the electrical panel and the bay (which is what decides the building work) and how many points are installed at once. One point in a single-family home and a pre-installation for twenty bays in a communal car park have nothing in common. In the initial technical survey, which is free, we give you a specific figure and how much of it the incentives can cover.

How long does installing a charge point take?

It depends on the power and the type of site. An installation in a single-family home is usually resolved in three days; a project in a residents’ association or a business needs a prior survey, dealings with the distribution network operator and certification, and the usual timescale is one week. In the initial technical survey we give you a specific date.

What do I need in order to install an electric car charger?

A supply with enough power (or dynamic load balancing where there is not), the ducting from the electrical panel to the bay, and certification of the installation before the competent authority in your region. In a residents’ association you also have to notify the association in advance. The design, the dealings with the distribution network operator and the certification are ours to handle.

What power do I need to charge an electric car?

In a home the usual choice is a 7.4 kW single-phase point, which covers the daily use of a private car without having to think about it. Three-phase reaches 11 or 22 kW, which is what makes sense in a business, a hotel or a fleet, where the vehicle stops for fewer hours. Above that you are into DC rapid charging, for service stations and on-street sites. What sets the real power is not the charger but the available supply: that is why the survey starts by measuring it.

Do I have to upgrade my contracted power to install chargers?

In most cases, no. Dynamic load balancing shares the available power between the active points, so the installation works within the existing supply. Only when simultaneous demand exceeds the available headroom do we propose an upgrade, and in that case we handle the application with the distribution network operator.

What happens if a charger stops working?

Our platform monitors the status of every point in real time and raises an alert on any failure or degradation. We act according to the contracted SLA without waiting for the customer to report it. Most incidents are resolved remotely.

Can a charge point be installed in a residents’ association without a general meeting vote?

Spanish horizontal property law allows a charge point for private use to be installed in your own bay without approval at a general meeting: notifying the association in advance is enough. Where the installation is for shared use, an agreement is required.

Do you work with chargers from any manufacturer?

Yes. Our management platform communicates over the OCPP standard, so we manage chargers from different manufacturers on the same network and in the same panel. That avoids being tied to a single hardware vendor.
